Connections for real work

Your familiar tools.
A clearer process.

ActorLattice is being built to run workflows using its own screens, records and tasks. External connections are optional. When a supported connection helps your process, you can use it for a client message, a document, a signature, an appointment or a billing handoff.

Make your existing tools do more together.

Provider choice is useful only when the required action works.

Your practice-management system can keep the case records. ActorLattice is being built to coordinate the work around them: collect what is missing, prepare the next task and ask for approval.

Use external connections only where needed. The catalog below is proposed, not a claim that every provider is already supported.

  • Choose the product and the exact action.
  • Check access before connecting an account.
  • Keep failures separate from confirmed updates.

Find the tools your firm uses.

These are proposed connections for early access. A product name does not imply every operation is supported.

Connections are proposed for early access. Available products and actions are confirmed with each firm.

Specific actions

Reading a document and changing it require different access.

Your approval rules

Decide which messages or updates need a person.

A visible result

Distinguish prepared, attempted and confirmed actions.

What should a connection actually do?

Illustrative onboarding example. The exact products and actions would be confirmed for the firm's pilot.

  1. Receive a client reply

A WhatsApp Business or email connection would identify the relevant message and case, within the account's permissions.

  2. Find the document

An approved Drive, OneDrive or document-system connection would make the permitted file available for the next task.

  3. Update the right record

A supported case-system action would record the agreed change. A failed update stays separate from a confirmed one.

Tell us which action matters in your tools.

Name the product and the job: receive a message, find a file, request a signature or update a record.
