People keep judgment

About ActorLattice
We are building digital team members for the routine work around a law firm's clients and cases.
Give people back the time spent coordinating routine work.
We are building ActorLattice around a practical idea: skilled people should not have to act as the connection between every inbox, document and task. Software should carry the routine. People should keep the judgment. Self-hosting, defined permissions and careful use of AI are parts of that approach.
Our mission: to give law firms the operating capacity of larger organizations, without requiring larger teams. We are building digital team members to carry routine coordination, so people can spend more time on clients and legal work.
Our vision: to make digital team members a standard part of how modern law firms operate. We will build toward that goal through useful workflows tested with real firms.
Clear jobs. Clear permissions. Clear results.
People decide where a question or action needs review.
Actors use the information and actions their task needs.
Show what completed, what failed and what is waiting.
Use models for interpretation and rules for defined steps.
Early access is planned to begin rolling out in December 2026, initially for selected firms in the US and Brazil. Firms elsewhere can register interest. Availability depends on supported language, tools and deployment requirements.
Bring a routine your team would like to improve. Start with a clear problem and a practical result.
