Client setup
Operations for law firms
Less admin.
More time for clients.
Actors are digital workers that collect documents, prepare follow-ups and keep work moving. Your people keep legal judgment. Your firm keeps control of its data.
Cloud or self-hosted · Early access planned for December 2026

A complete process
Stop paying skilled people
to chase paperwork.
Less chasing. Faster case setup.
When routine work is spread across email, spreadsheets, messaging apps and different systems, your team has to connect the steps by hand. ActorLattice handles the coordination, keeps work moving, and brings in your team when human judgment is needed.

Know what's missing.
Know who needs to act.
See what is ready. Act on what is not.
A file arriving is not the same as a review finishing. Keep the missing item, decision and next owner visible, without another round of status messages.

Meet your actors
Digital team members that
keep routine work moving.
Less coordination. More time for what matters.
Each Actor is a digital team member with a defined role. It follows your firm’s rules, handles routine steps and brings decisions to your team.
Use software for routine checks, AI for interpretation and people for judgment. A new task does not need an AI call when a fixed rule can handle it.
- Rules for repeatable work
- AI where it adds value
- People for decisions
Collect
Track client details and the required documents.
Follow up
Prepare a reminder when information is missing.
Move forward
Make the next task ready with the right information.
Ask a person
Bring unclear items and approvals to the right person.
People stay in control
Automate the routine.
Keep control of the risk.
More automation does not need to mean less control.
Reading a case, drafting a reminder and sending it require different permissions. Your firm decides what may continue and what must wait for a person.
- Task-level access
- Your approval rules
- Visible outcomes
A decision, with its context.

A few things you
might be wondering.
Which markets does ActorLattice serve?
We’re accepting early-access applications from law firms in the US and Brazil. We plan to expand into additional markets in the future.
Does AI make legal decisions?
Lawyers keep legal judgment. Software follows agreed rules. AI may help interpret information, with the firm's required review.
Do we need to replace our existing software?
No. Start with a process inside ActorLattice, using its own screens, records and tasks. External connections are optional. Your pilot confirms what stays in existing tools and which connections are supported.
Can work continue outside office hours?
Configured routine tasks are designed to continue outside office hours. Steps needing approval wait for the right person. Service availability and support hours are agreed separately for your pilot.
How is client information protected?
Your firm sets who may view information and which actions need approval. Cloud and self-hosted deployment have different operating responsibilities. Confirm the supported controls for your pilot, and never send confidential client files through this website. Read about security and deployment
When can we start and how do I apply?
We begin rolling out access in December 2026. Submit an application about your firm. We’ll review it and contact selected firms with next steps.
Bring us one process you want to improve.
Start with the missing documents, repeated updates or delayed handoffs that eat up time every week. Firms selected for early access receive priority onboarding, direct support from our team and their first month of software free. AI usage is charged separately. We agree on the scope, pricing after the first month and terms before the pilot begins.
